About Me
From the Girl Scouts of America to the Association of Junior Leagues International, serving my community has always been a priority. My grandfather, William G. Cunnane, is my greatest inspiration. Serving as a Free Mason and a Shriner, my grandfather has instilled values in me such as altruism, humility, and integrity.

I've had the honor of serving with the Miss America Organization from 2014-2019. I held five consecutive, local Miss America titles in the state of Florida. The four points of the trademarked Miss America crown symbolize scholarship, style, service, and success. Service was the value that most defined my experience. While serving as a Miss America local titleholder, I fundraised and volunteered for several charitable causes. The organization held its titleholders to a high standard and had a rigorous schedule of required community service. As a public figure, I learned the importance of self-presentation, relationship building, and having an inclusive-mindset. As a philanthropist, I worked tirelessly to better my community and was responsible for initiating social action.

My involvement in philanthropic organizations inspired me to enroll in courses at the University of Central Florida that would aid me with expertise relevant to my volunteer work. I completed a course in Volunteer Management were I was taught the importance of non-profit recruitment, statement-oriented practice, and accountable leadership.

While studying Political Science at the University of Central Florida I had the privilege of interning at the Coye Law Firm, P.A.
At the law firm, I managed the Social Security and Veteran's Affairs Disability Departments. During my time employed, I was exposed to the short-comings of America's bureaucracies. Many of the firm's disability clientele were homeless or became homeless, were without insurance or proper medical care, or passed away while long-awaiting an approval for benefits. Because of the impact this experience had on me, I strive to be an advocate for disabled Americans throughout my career.
